Acupuncture

Over 3000 years old, more people have been treated by Traditional Chinese Medicine than by any other medical modality in the history of the world. Comprised of Acupuncture and Chinese Herbs, the discipline maintains that the body and mind form an interactive whole with the environment, and that only by treating the many elements as a single energy system can we attain "balance and health". The goal of achieving conception and developing a healthy pregnancy must be built upon this optimum health and energetical balance.

In the treatment of infertility, acupuncture is a valued tool. Fine sterile needles inserted into specific acupuncture points work through the meridian system to balance and harmonize the energy from the exterior inwards, causing the inner organs (uterus, liver, kidneys, etc.) to recover their original ability of conception and pregnancy.

Chinese Herbs

Chinese herbal medicine occupies a central role in solving infertility. Primarily a condition of the inner organs (uterus, ovaries, liver, kidneys and spleen), infertility is caused by an energetical deficiency, excess, or stagnation. In the U.S., by far the major cause is energetical deficiencies. While acupuncture will benefit the patient's health in a remarkable way, herbal treatment supplements deficiencies from within, and therefore restores the capabilities of the inner organs. It is this fact that makes the herbal treatment so valuable to the successful infertility cure.

Nutrition

Optimum nutrition increases fertility, the health of a pregnancy, and the chances of giving birth to a healthy baby with strong resilience to disease.

Supplements Through Food

Although most supplements are considered safe, and some are beneficial, there is no substitute for receiving vitamins through healthy food choices. For example, vitamin C contains ascorbic acid, but most of the benefits from vitamin C come from the large variety of bioflavanoids and polyphenolics in food. If you simply take straight vitamin C, you won't receive the same benefits.

Every time you consume a combination of fresh, living foods, such as fruits and vegetables, you are treating yourself to a cocktail of essential vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and phytochemicals that work together synergistically to promote your health.
